I have over processed, hair dried, and colored my hair for years-so now I am in the process of going natural. This is the first leave-in conditioner that I have found that actually conditions my hair. The ends feel soft and not course, my hair feel naturals and soft not greasy or crunchy, the conditioner detangles, and adds shine. It made detanging a breeze and for that alone it's worth 5 stars.Cons-as another reviewer said the bottle arrived less than full which was really disappointing. I received this at a discount in exchange for my review, but if I had paid full price I wouldn't be happy. Especially considering the size (5oz) and the price. The condition has a very distinct smell. I'm sure some people will love it. It smells to me like a mix of peppermint, eucalyptus and tea tree oil. Personally I cannot stand the smell. It smells like my acne treatment. Which would fine if this was a face product, but it's off putting since its going hair. Also the product doesn't cover well. I have to use almost a palm full of product to truly coat all of my hair. Considering the size of this bottle I'm likely to only get 7-8 washes before the bottle is empty.Overall it's a great detangler and it leaves my hair in a soft manageable state.
