Small elephant .
Good machine. I used it to pull a 10 feet coconut tree to straighten it. With ease I could do it, which otherwise would require three men with pullies. The only thing difficult is to release the grip, sliding the spring. Moreover they did not provide any users manual. At this price it is worth for small jobs.

Not as expected
Hook which I'm holding is a 2Ton and what with puller we got is just 4 fingers long,don't know if it can hold a 2 ton load. Seems to be like a 1 Ton puller..
