Is this made in China?

Made in China (PRC - Peoples republic of china) My concern is that it's totally sealed, so if you need it, how will you be confident that its good enough to save an injured leg?

A real israeli bandage has gauze that that can be used for wound packing. this doesn't appear to show it. does it have removable gauze?

Hello, the compressed gauze(combat gauze) can be used for wound packing, not this product. A israeli bandage or this emergency pressure dressing is used for wound wrapping while applying pressure. They will work differently for different types of wounds.

What design version is this T3, 9T?

Not sure what you’re asking…. There is nothing on the packaging that mentions a “version” or any T3 or 9T anywhere (packaging or on Amazon in any description for this product.
