These nasal strips make a noticeable difference when dealing with nighttime congestion or mild snoring. The extra strength adhesive keeps them in place all night, even if I toss and turn, and they don’t peel off like weaker versions I’ve tried before. Once applied, they gently lift and open the nasal passages, which makes breathing much easier. They’re completely drug free, so I feel comfortable using them often without side effects. I’ve found they help both during colds and allergy flare ups, and they also reduce snoring enough that my partner notices the difference. Protip: Also, if you "accidentally" leave it on during the daytime, you'll be more comfortable.

If you manually stretch the skin around your nose with your fingers you'll figure out where these need to be placed. If you just throw them on your nose anywhere they won't work as well. Strong adhesive. A little hard to remove but I'm guessing that's what's needed to keep them on all night. For me, the extra air just dries my nose out.

These are extreme! I would suggest, if you use them, to take them off with water or in the shower. Because the bond is strong and it will feel like it’s ripping your skin off. But they work well! You should wash your nose before applying them because of the natural oils on your skin that comes out throughout the day.

I only started using Breathe Right Strips a few months ago and I have found them to work well for night time breathing. I have been using the clear ones from day one and have had no issues with them. My wife ordered these off of Amazon and didnt really notice that they were "extra strength". How much diff could there be, right? Well, they worked great as expected but in the morning when I went to remove them it seemed as though someone had snuck in during the night and squirted some super glue under em and put them back on me! They were alarmingly stuck! Even a hot shower didnt loosen them up very well and it took some serious persuasion to remove them. This left my nose a bit tore up.Needless to say, you coud possibly have a different experience with them than I did depending on your skins oil emission and nose shape, etc. I would just say that unless you are an avid athlete that sweats profusely, work as a tour guide at the rim of a volcano, or are employed at the local gym for a living and have to clean out a sauna, I would "stick" (pardon the pun) to the original clear ones. As for me, however, I think I will use the rest of my box to hang pictures with and order a box of clear ones.

I put it on five minutes ago. And let me tell you. I don’t know I wasn’t breathing well. I got it because my wife complains that I snore, as soon as I put it on it felt like I took my first breath ever. I can’t even describe how easily air passes through. I’m now addicted to great product. And the glue is not that strong like people here complained. It’s comfortable to wear and doesn’t feel like you have anything on. Looks funny tho.

Honestly they’re pretty good strips. If you have a deviated septum they help you sleep which is a big plus. I don’t like the color or the way they feel though. Don’t buy into the marketing crap about 3m adhesive. Glue is glue. Anyway, they’re definitely decent. But the box is too small. 3.5/5 stars

These are better than the Clear Breathe Rights! The clear ones leave a sticky residue on your face, hair, or bed and somehow it doesn't stick to your face well. This one is the best one so far, and I've subscribed to them! I have sleep apnea and small nostrils, and this product really helps me breathe well.

Considering that Breathe Right was the first brand to come out with these many years ago I've always considered them to be the default go to nasal strip when not sure about buying an untested off brand or store brand nasal strip. However, their price over the years and especially since they got bought out sometime back by GSK the price has been ridiculously high and of course the numbers included in the box have shrunk. Recently there was a discount for these so I purchased a box of supposedly extra strength and all that and they are absolutely garbage. In the disgusting endless pursuit of profit above all else, they are now thinner and smaller and even the nylon band that provides the lift to the sides of your nose is thinner and weaker. So in response to this I went back to buying the extra strength tan Equate nasal strips from Walmart. Apparently they're not available in store anymore so they'll have to be ordered online but they have free shipping so not really a big deal if you plan ahead. Do not get the clear Equate nasal strips as they do not work nearly as well. Not sure why but I've experimented more than once with these. Besides the equate tan extra strength nasal strips there are some sold on Amazon that are about $16 for 50 and they are black and they were way better than the breathe right ones as they are bigger and have more lift on your nose. I will be buying these and the Equate for now on I definitely. Please do not waste your money on any of the other ones because if they're cheap trust me it's a piece of paper over Band-Aid adhesive and nothing more. And don't mix up the good black ones with the crappy black ones as I did trying them out. There's a lesser black one that's just a black piece of paper on a Band-Aid basically and they do absolutely nothing besides not sticking more than 30 minutes. In regardless of whatever brand you buy always make sure to clear your entire nose of any oil whatsoever. I use half strength rubbing alcohol with wintergreen and even squeeze my pores to get any excess oil out and I've noticed that my nasal strips stay on a lot longer even throughout the day following the night I put them on. Formal paper dinner napkins actually work best for this because you can not only tear them in half but you can fold them and use the other side. They'ralso not that expensive.
