I purchased “Life Extension Glucosamine/Chondroitin Capsules for Healthy Joints and Cartilage”. This supplement is effective for pain relief. The capsules are easy to take. After using them consistently, I have noticed a change of the better in overall joint comfort and flexibility. My knees and fingers used to be painful and now I can move around easier. It actually works
I've had so much problems my whole life. I'm only 29 ever since I was a kid. I've had arthritis tendonitis and a little bit of essential tremors. I could barely do any physical labor without setting it off every day. This is taken partial pain away from my ulnar nerve and the joints in my palm and fingers and where the carpal tunnel is on my forearm. My fingers are still clicking and popping but it has literally taken some of the pain away. I love this brand I always buy from this company. I've never tried glucosamine and chondroitin before alongside turmeric and it actually helps. I've never felt better in so many years. It didn't cure it but I just have to keep taking it praise you!

Safer supplementation
Switched from tablet to capsule due to the carcinogenic substance used in the tablet to give it its white color. Also, it is hard to find a Glucosamine/Chondroitin supplement that doesn't contain MSM. MSM causes bowel cramping, and I don't need any adverse effects from my supplements.
