This is a must for starting a garden. Every leafy green you need plus a great selection of root vegetables. Very easy to grow too.

First off they germinated quickly very quickly so that's good. I'm letting them grow a bit more to use as salad greens. Not as colourful as advertised however growing quickly and healthily . Mostly green. They look and taste good. Will def post a salad on here.

I have been wanting to grow microgreens for our salads and dishes and this mix by the photo was exactly what I was seeking. However, once they sprouted, I knew it was nothing like it was pictured. Mostly sprouts and green... none of those jewel tones you see! Taste was fine for what I got (70% of my tray sprouted) but again, not what I paid for. Skip this mix and find some from a quality seller!

These seeds sounded like a great idea, however, the seeds do not germinate at the same rate. So when you put them in your tray to grow your microgreens the growth is uneven and really doesn't work well all together. I had to throw most of it away. Some seeds were ready to harvest and had true leaves, while others were just starting. I will not purchase again and learned to look at the germination rate as only seeds that have the same germination rates should be grown together in the same tray as microgreen - or at least that is my opinion. Not sure how they would be not grown as microgreens, but that was what it was advertised as and why I bought them. Total disappointment.

Tastes great. We have been harvesting every other day for three weeks and it is still going strong
