The age on this is 14 I'm looking for a train set for my 6 year old grandson. Is this really to advanced?

My 7 year old son needed help setting up first time and now can do alone. It’s definitely very easy to use. 14 seems too old for this in my opinion

What are the measurements of the train cars?

Train cars vary in length, largest car is 20cm and smallest is 13cm long, and all about 1.5" wide. Hope this helps.

The set I received was poor in quality

The set I received was poor in quality. The rails are uneven and the train derails on the straight tracks . Wouldn't recommend Amazon delivery was prompt within the time window mentioned
