Can it be mounted to the ceiling?

This one cant be mounted to the selling ,

I would like to control this with my home automation system. Is there any way to hook this up to something like HomeAssistant?

Does it come with base plate? or do I have to screw it to the floor?

I haven’t installed it yet, but there are two 90 degree angle plates that screw into the sides of the bottom base “box”. Those plates would have to be screwed into the bottom of the cabinet or floor. This is a very nice unit… super quiet and strong. It goes up high. I wish the TV would sit lower to the bottom base… I’ll modify it if needed.
