Ok, definate improvement of water quality that tap or brita filter but not highlighting fruit notes of specialty coffee like apax does. Apax are world champion recipe holders for top three aeropress. I think I will stick to their jam recipe.

Amazing, love these little helpful packs. Save so much time . it’s blow my mind that this little pack can make so much difference. Anyone find it “too much” - salty/strong etc just add 1 pack to 3 litres and reduce the water till you hit the perfect ratio for your light /dark beans. Note: I now have to have 1 ratio for darker beans and another for lighter roast.

Using with distilled water. Tastes good. No issues with my hi-end coffee machine.

I've just gotten to the end of my first box, and I won't be buying another. For me it's all emperor's new clothes with this product as it makes zero noticeable difference to the flavour of my coffee.

I was quite sceptical but these minerals really make a difference. I don't even add them to distilled water, only to filtered water. The resulting espressos have more body, are fruitier. The difference is very marked. This is quite expensive if you buy the product in sticks but it is possible to buy bags for 60 gallons, which works out very cheaply (just use 1/8 cc for 2l). Apparently the espresso profile is suited to coffee machines because it does not contain any salt (contrary to the 'classic', filter profile) and so is not corrosive. At any rate, it makes a huge difference to the quality of coffee, so well worth it.

As someone searching to make the perfect cup of coffee everyday, removing the "inconsistent water" variable is as important as the improvement this makes to the water, so it's really doing 2 things in one. I've been using this product for a few years now and wouldn't make coffee without it. Super easy to use, just add 1 sachet to 2 litres of filtered water (I use a zero filter) and you're good to brew.

i was experment with different waters for coffee on the internet and when i got the third wave water i was impressed with the coffee that it made so it looks i will be a third wave water buy from now on

" But on the actual packet, it's 1 packet per TWO LITRES of water, so it actually lasts half as long as advertised...
