I keep mine in the fridge for months after opening and its always fine

Pictures show a lid, mine doesn't have one. I'm reluctant to open it now as I'm not going to use it all at once and can't reseal it. Help?

Is this grass fed butter

Well not sure really there is a picture of a cow and grass l’ve checked the tin and all it definitely confirms is it’s suitable for vegetarians but that’s as much as l can help, apart from it’s a really good product which l use all the time and have done for ages.
