I have osteoporosis and need to take calcium and vitamin D3 daily. The dosing falls into what my doctor recommended at a price point I can handle. My insurance does not cover vitamin and mineral supplements. I have problems swallowing large pills . These are not bad at all. Last check my blood levels for both D3 and calcium were good. So I am doing well with these. As with any vitamin use these at the discretion of your health care provider

Easy to swallow.

This is a large bottle of big white pills of calcium. Our family is prone to bone density problems, so this is a supplement we take seriously. Just one of these daily can help with getting this much needed ingredient. The pills can be a bit hard to swallow if you have trouble with big pills. They can be cut in half if needed. Plenty in the bottle for the cost!
