Can't use fingerprint for unlocking however you can use face unlock instead so not a big deal really. Apart from that, the case is a great fit looks smart and in my opinion, more durable that the expensive samsung case I bought which is the worst I've ever had. Phone looks good in this case and for the price I'm well impressed! I bought 2 so I have a spare in case it yellows over time but for this price who cares if it does.

I bought it to protect my phone from all sides and every time I want to use phone I had to take it out of it as extremely bad response and finger print dont work at all so I had to bin it not recommended at all

Good cover, very sturdy fits perfect no looseness, fingerprint don't work with it which don't bother me as I don't use it but summit to bare in mind when purchasing, but for the price very good

I always get these cases. They are light, they do the job and don't cost a packet, so they can be replaced often if necessary. Simple to put on and don't make the phone massive.

I have been using this particular cover for a while now but I am fed up because the top section of the phone screen is not a tight fit because of air creating a gap between the screen and the cover...this is disconcerting very often.. The advertised pictures are not detailed and I could only guess at what I was buying...once the items arrived ( i bought two covers )....I took a look and within seconds I decided to return them for a refund..I need to find an all round cover that will properly hug the complete area of the screen...My Note 9 had the perfect cover ...I cannot understand why I would not get the item I will be happy with..The case itself is well made but for the above problem...Sandy I had to return the covers for a refund.Hope these above words help

Don't like the cover, leaves marks on it . The fingerprint on my phone won't work with this cover on .

A very sturdy and easy to fit case. However, be aware that the fingerprint sensor won't work with the case on. For me, that's a deal-breaker as I use the fingerprint feature a lot.
