Great health benefits and no side effects. Cant really taste it when taking the pill which is healthful. Good value and overall benefits. It’s a daily take for me.

This literally keeps my hair from falling out. My hair is usually all over the place, on the floor, on seats, in food when I'm cooking, in my hairbrush, etc. This Biotin stops that. When I stop taking the Biotin, I notice the difference! So, it truly works. I just take one per day. Can't be without it.

I have been buying this for years. This bottle has two color tablets. What is going on?

This is great for hair growth and shedding of your hair. I use it daily.

I havn't used it for too long but I know I will see results.
