Pacon 104159 Peacock Four-Ply Railroad Board, 22 x 28, White, 25/Carton

My son is a jigsaw puzzle addict and we need to find him smooth surfaces so that he can make the puzzles and exhibits for a few days. Cartoon sheets of this sort make excellent smooth and durable surfaces for making puzzles on. That is why I purchased this set. The points I like about this order are: 1-The unbeatable price ($11.99/25 sheets as of september 2014)... Before this bulk purchase, I relied on smaller quantity orders from our local walmart. Comparing to the cost/ sheet of smaller quantity items, this saves at least half the price. If you frequently need it and have space to properly store them, then go for it and you will save a lot. 2- The recycled content: These sheets are made from recycled paper which is great for the environment. 3- The thickness is ideal. I don't understand why some people criticize the thickness. It is similar thickness if not better compared to most 4 ply sheets on the market. Some considerations are: 1- Every page has a barcode sticker. That is plain nonsense. They are not very difficult to remove but you may harm the sheet surface while trying. 2- The tone of the white surface is not the brightest. It is a little on the grayer side of white. That is no big deal for my purpose but just wanted to mention... Overall, I am happy with the purchase. If you are a frequent user and you have space to store them, this product offers good quality at an excellent price...

This poster board is thick and very high quality. I received a lot of poster board in this order. I selected white. Each sheet is made n absolutely perfect condition. The packaging is thick cardboard. This item arrived with no damage on a rainy day. . The packaging is also perfect for storing unused sheets until they are needed. I would highly recommend ordering this item from this seller. I would repurchase.

I hosted a vision board party the Friday before the New Year and these boards were a huge hit. These are the same size as what one would find at Walmart or other retailer for about $1.50 each. I definitely got more bang for my buck with this because I got 25 in the box. They are large and sturdy for any project. A great buy.

The poster was the right size and beneficial for my English IV high school class project. I will be ordering more for next year with whatever endeavor is waiting.

This is excellent paper. Because it is made of recycled material, it is not a true white-white, but more of a faded white. It is not coated and can be printed on both sides in an inkjet printer. It is thicker than poster board purchased at a drug store or office supply house. Some folks complain that the description is in error as to the thickness of the board. Description states that the board is 0.5 inches thick. This is not exactly correct. What it should say instead is 5 millimeters. So it does not mean that the paper is 1/2" thick. What it means is that the paper is 5 one hundreds of any inch thick or about 5 to 6 millimeters. It's good stuff.

I can't afford to buy all the sizes I need. So, I bought the boards and hubby and I measured the sheets and drew the lines for the shapes I need. I have my squares; now to make my rectangles and other shapes. I will be making five quilts and will probably need some different shapes. I am using coloring books to make the quilts. They are gifts to friends and my great-grandson. He wants dinosaurs, The other three, one wants baby animals, other unicorns, other wants sports (yes, a boy) and the other girl has yet to let me know what she wants. Anyhow, the boards are a big help in making the shapes needed. They are sturdy and should last a good time, no tearing up real quick an getting out of shape. Would recommend them.
