I cook. A lot. I used to be part owner in a catering company. I had used the same oven for years. Recently we purchased a $300k home. With the worst oven ever. I can't justify replacing it, but it burns things, leaves some things completely raw in the middle.I had almost lost my will to cook.Until now. These are wonderful! I recently moved into a new home. All of my previous homes had electric ovens, but I went with gas this time! I love the gas cook top, but honestly I have heard that gas ovens can be inconsistent for baking! EEK! I love to bake! Bread, cookies, brownies, cake! The list just goes on! What would I do if my oven didn't perform! A good friend recommended this product to me the night I moved in. So I jumped on Amazon and ordered myself, what I hoped would be,the solution. I didn't have to wait long to receive my Belle Cuisine Baking Mats. Shipping was speedy! The package had barely settled on the floor before I had the oven warming up, and whipped up a batch of cookies.In the name of "Science" I baked two batches of cookies. One on my plain old baking pan, and one equipped with the Belle Cuisine Baking Mat. I baked them one at a time, starting with the baking mat. When I compared the results. The cookies baked on the baking mat were soft, gooey, evenly browned. In short they were the most perfect cookies I have ever produced!!! The second sheet of cookies, while yummy, were crispy on the bottom, darker on one side than the other, and far from the perfection the Belle Cuisine Baking Mat delivered.I have since baked many batches of cookies, and garlic parmesan bread sticks with wonderful results. I would have to say clean-up is almost as good as the treats that were baked. A quick wipe down, and the pan and mat get put away. Any kitchen accessory that cuts down on my cleaning time is a WINNER!! Buy these now, and you will not be disappointed!

These mats are exactly what they are advertised. I made fruit leather on them and they turned out perfectly and peeled off without a problem. They are flexible, and I love that you can cut them to size and don't have to worry about scratches since they're isn't any fiberglass in them! My husband baked cookies on them and put the cookies in for way longer than needed, but because of the mats, they were still soft!

I have never heard about these until a friend told me about them. So i decided i have to try this out. I love to bake and with this mat it makes it so nice! You don't have to use cooking spray and they are super easy to clean and store. The best part about them is that it makes everything cook evenly. So no more under or over cooking. I love this product and would buy more. I think this is a must have in your kitchen!!! Also this shipping was super fast!!

Not much to say -- it was as described, and it didn't arrive broken! Cheap 'gag gift' for a Christmas party with a family that has a fair amount of wine drinkers!

I was surprised at how well this works, especially for the low price! Made some great cookies with easy cleanup and no sticking!

Very solid piece. Used it as a trivet under my turkey roasting pan at Thanksgiving.
