For what I needed, perfect. Good price for 8gb, for hardware that is quickly being obsolete. Great for spare, and older equipment is getting harder to find for cheap. Perfect timings and never a problem during test. Put it in your slot, it fits.

this is exactly what i needed to help my sims run smoother.. but honestly i think i should probably get two 16GB… right now i have two 8GB, i’m sure things could be better still. i just wanted to make sure i was capable of even doing this first before spending more money. i used this for Acer Nitro AN515-43 came originally with only 8GB, i added 8GB everything was compatible, no issues at all.

Had 2 open SO-DIMM slots on my laptop. Wanted to double laptop RAM to 32GB. Ordered 2 RAM modules. Very Fast shipping and good packaging. One module is correct Part Number as listed and matches original RAM: Part# HMA81GS6JJR8N-VK (green) *One module is incorrect Part Number as listed and is slightly mismatched with original RAM: Part# HMA81GS6DJR8N-VK (black, see photo) Photo: Top Module is original (green). Bottom two modules (black and green) are what was received from AISPEX. After a few months Everything seems to work mostly* fine if installed into the correct SO-DIMM slot. Not sure why, but the laptop would only boot if the mismatched HMA81GS6DJR8N-VK (black) module is in the #4 SO-DIMM slot. Check with your motherboard's manual for correct installation order. Had to juggle modules in different slots to get the correct sequence to boot. Also I did experience a few prolonged freeze-ups (60-240 seconds system completely frozen) when memory usage was near max 32GB but this only happened occasionally in the first two weeks since installation and never happened again since. Yes I updated the BIOS before installation. If this kept happening or if the laptop stopped booting I would of returned the mismatched module and asked for a matching one but so far so good. According to HWInfo: No overheating issues, Clock Speeds run as advertised and RAM timings match for all modules. Having 32GB RAM is very noticeable improvement over 16GB RAM, no more slowdowns when multitasking. 32GB RAM is probably the new minimum for laptops now with Windows 11 or even Windows 10 now. Would buy from memory modules from AISPEX again. Hopefully next time the modules will match. *Note these were listed as "new" but I suspect these are used/refurbished. It seems to have worked out this time though. Good job!

I didn't feel the need to go overboard with a bigger name brand and went with exactly what this Hp Probook already had in it for no questions asked compatibility. If Hp used it to produce systems It's probably perfectly adequate. Hynix has been used in systems by all the big manufacturers for decades anyway. Disabled the battery, added it, powered on, and after the BIOS found it, I checked that it was recognized, then I it booted right into windows without a hitch. On a side note, I received a 2666mhz stick instead of the 2400. Technically I got a faster stick for the same price, though it's clocked down of course due to the board/CPU's max BUS of 2400..

As another reviewer mentioned, the memory stick I received also appears to not be new. Possibly refurbished. Arrived in a sealed pink poly bag, not in typical protective OEM clamshell packaging. There are definitely marks on the pads that indicate this memory has been installed elsewhere. The marks were not terribly deep on the majority of the pads. I went ahead and installed it anyway and it appears to function fine. I ran it through several memory tests in my laptop and all passed just fine. So far, so good. Minus 2 stars for the condition as received. I expected new, especially considering the price and that the seller was the SK Hynix Store, not a random 3rd part seller. ETA: Upgraded review from 3 to 4 stars after running this through multiple memory tests. This memory performs well.

Open your laptop and verify the specs and that you have a slot open, I DID NOT replace memory in pairs, I just got the same spec ddr4 2666mhz just like oem and it doubled my ram Works Great Thank You
