This is my 2nd time purchasing I’ve had the vanilla and the cookies and crème. I love the cookies and cream is much tastier although it tastes vanilla when blended in a smoothie but if you blend it up with milk it tastes cookies and crème. People who say it is grainy probably is their first time purchasing protein because every protein powder grainy Lol , I never had or used a shaker to tell the difference I only use a blender but all protein powder is. This one is great ratio from carbs to cals and protein with clean protein and no bull in it which I love and is exactly what I needed

My son loves this uses it everyday for his active lifestyle. Blends nicely and good value for money. The taste is good.

I was told by my dermatologist to start upping my protein. I have stomach issues with whey protein so she recommended i start a whey protein isolate powder. I did my research and this was #1. The flavor is pretty good but you will occasionally get some gritty stuff at the end which tastes super weird... almost buttery with a weird after taste. Its still great! No stomach issues!!!

What’s not to like? 25 grams protein, minimal cholesterol, lots of vitamins and minerals. The taste is fairly neutral and it is, as one reviewer said…a little “grainy”. It’s my new go to for protein. I only offer four stars since it does have a little salt and uses sucralose. Otherwise quite good.

Worked in all ways described. I just did not like the flavour taste nothing like cookies and cream sounds like it would.

I was fully expecting this to not taste good, but this far exceeded my expectations. I really do enjoy the flavor. The Cookies and Cream has been great with just water. I have used the Chocolate in a pumpkin bread recipie and it was excellent. The vanilla in a pancake recipie was pretty good as well but I think its flavor was overwhelmed by the other flavors. I appreciate that they didnt add sugars to this, as someone trying to both lose fat/weight while building a bit of muscle mass this has been amazing. I will be re-ordering this for sure.

pretty solid. It’s not chalky like a lot of protein powders I’ve been through. I put milk instead of water. And actually did 2 scoops bc it’s so low in calories. And it’s very good for a meal replacement in my opinion.

I want to everyone to know about these protein powders!! I LOVE THESE SHAKES! They are not only truly 0 carb, but they are low fat and VERY low calorie (100 cal per scoop) - so even if you are not a keto person, anyone can enjoy the nutrition offered by the protein powder without any guilt. A wonderful work out snack, in between meals snack or just because! I bought the cookies & cream and dutch chocolate flavour. They are DELICIOUS! And blend into a beautiful velvety drink with just water! If I add a few ice cubes and it is truly DIVINE! I find the shakes are not sweet at all, and I do not have a sweet tooth - so I do find myself adding a few drops of my natural sweetener. It is truly perfection. I cannot wait to try the other flavors! Keep up the great work!!

Please be careful, I bought four packets. They taste bad so I checked for the expiry date on the package which is Nov/25. I would have returned them but unfortunately I cannot as I left for my annual vacation.

Tried it because it’s lactose free and I love it. Smooth to drink with water, not overly sweet and doesn’t have that typical artificial sweet after taste. Tried the cookies & cream and it’s delicious!! Will definitely re-buy and possibly try other flavors.
