is this compatible with the 3doodler pro+ ?

We like printing PLA on blue tape with no heat. It sticks well and is easy to remove.You can also try adding a little Z offset so that your first layer isn't as smashed down on the bed.

Could you print guitar volume/pickup wiring layouts with this stuff?

Perhaps but you will have resistance per length and thickness. Do a test and measure with an ohm or voltmeter (with a battery).
