It adds some protection, wouldn't say it's the most durable cases out there, but it's enough if you're careful. Bought the black one for a black phone and ended up looking very stylish. It does catch dirt easily on the black though after having it for a week. I took out the cover where you charge the phone on accident, but I could see how it would be hard to take off the cover to charge your phone, or you'd have to take off the case completely. However, overall I was content with the this. This is some grip, but not the greatest. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great All-Around Case. Had no problems putting it on and it comes off easily enough that I don't have to fight it, and not so easy that it falls off. It's one piece and snaps on cleanly. I've dropped the phone twice (at about 4ft onto concrete) and the phone was fine. I'm also using a glass screen protector (poweradd tempered glass from amazon) and there is no interference at the edges. I wanted a simple, but high quality case and am happy I went with this one. The only thing I'd change, if it were possible, would be to have this in white to match my phone.
