This is actually my second bottle of this miracle supplement. I purchased this for my perimenopause. I searched for months trying to find a solution to the unbearable hot flashes and night sweats. I knew about youngevity products, but never knew they had a wonderful product like this. The night sweats are totally gone now and the flashes are close to none. I can feel that this is helping me a whole lot. I also have growing hair, nails and clearer skin as a bonus! Consistency is key if you want to see results! I will continue Xerafem and recommend this to my family and friends! Thanks Youngevity! Update as of December 2024. Product is still working wonders. My flashes and night sweats are completely gone. I also sleep better at night. Xerafem will be the supplement for me from now on.

This is not just for women suffering through menopause. I am a 33 year old type 1 diabetic with an insulin pump since age 13. I have always had very irregular cycles (I’m talkin’ twice a year) and have seen several endocrinologists regarding this issue, again, since age 13. Two months into a daily regimen of the recommended two pills and my cycle has come 28 days apart, twice in a row!!! Seriously, ladies, something in this supplement is fixing a twenty-year problem for me. I’m currently working on my third bottle. I also take Tangy Tangerine 2.0, which is helpful for hunger and fatigue, but hasn’t, thus far, produced as much of a marked difference in my body functions as these “lady pills.” Totally worth the almost $50 a bottle! Finally I got relief from hot flashes . The Only thing that has worked for me so far & I tried a lot on many products that did nothing but made me feel worse. . I only take 1 daily as I’m super sensitive. I will buy again .
