The organic ingredients are excellent Too hard for me to swallow. They are big and very hard. They get stuck down in my body and is very painful. Have to drink a lot of fluid to get the pill down. I try biting the pill, and like I said, they are very hard. Wish they would make them chewable.

Vitamin C. I guess it’s doing what it’s supposed to do. Anyway, I get a good report from my doctor. I have not experienced any negative side effects. A little large but I don’t have any trouble swallowing them. Tasteless and odorless.

I can’t swallow these huge hard pills. I broke one in half, not easy either, and tried to crush another one. They don’t even dissolve in water. Would they even dissolve in my stomach? Next I will try putting a crushed pill over my cereal! Not ordering these again. Such a extra hassle.
