Ok - I’ve seen mixed reviews on these and similar items. What it is- it’s basically a telescope lens for DSLR Cameras. It’s not a compatible lens. It works great for its purpose. Depending on your camera it can be a little tricky to get it setup right. It’s not exactly plug and play like an actual lens. What it’s not- This is not a camera lens like you would purchase from the camera manufacturer. Expecting that for a telescopic lens is unrealistic. The seller also includes some additional documentation which is awesome! Thanks! I purchased this because I wanted to get some pictures of aircraft and wildlife. Getting the ISO and shutter speed right can take a little time. Again, not a short coming of the product as it does what it is intended to do. Your experience will vary depending on what camera you use. I have a Mirrorless Alpha and a Mirror Rebel. It works as advertised and met expectations. If you are expecting it to perform like a lens costing thousands then this is not going to meet your expectations. Understand what you are buying and be prepared to have to work a little to get it to work with your camera. It’s worth it especially if you are looking for a budget option vs an expensive zoom lens. Would recommend and buy again!

This is completely a joke, no wonder the price. Who will find this “thing” useful? One of the worst items l had ever use…Don’t waste your time, you been warned.

So far so good. Going to test it out taking moon shots on a clear night. It's manual, so just need to put on a tripod and take time finding the right settings. But you get what you pay for and I will only be taking very few pictures, so no need to spend a ton on a telephoto lens with auto focus.

I ordered this for wildlife and moon shots. It said it works with a Sony Alpha 58 with the T mount adapter. So it comes and no x2 Teleconverter and the T-mount Adapter, they were missing, I return it and order another one, I wait even longer, then the day comes and there's a delay, it finally comes and the T-mount Adapter is acting like it's not compatible for my camera, I have to worry about my camera falling off. What's the point of adding the cameras that it work for when it won't. Is anyone else having this problem? Why was it just me that I had to go through more stress just for a huge disappointment?
