It’s a replacement for the one I already had and the print on the old one had rubbed off so that I couldn’t see it.

I bought this remote to replace my old one. Unfortunately, this wasn’t compatible with my box. And no use so I had to return it

Just about works, but not very well.
It kind of works with my Zaap TV box (MAG410), but not all button presses register with the box. Have to be up very close (a foot or so away) and press multiple times before an action occurs. But each button press sets off the red light in the top corner of the remote, so those button presses are happening, it's just not being received or processed every time by the box. I hope that makes sense. I don't know what the problem is, all I can say is that using this remote is a frustrating experience.
