The caneles just fell out! First ever attempt in the pic attached. They came out perfectly! Delicious! 10 out of 10 for this product Review: Nothing sticks to it, good results - The surface is amazing, nothing sticks to it, the caneles just fall out with little or no effort and it is a breeze to clean. It took a few attempts to work out the ideal shelf height and temperatures for my oven, and now that I have worked that out I get good results each time with an occasional blonde middle indentation. This is solidly made. ## Features - AUTHENTIC 12-CAVITY CANNELÉ MOULD — BAKE FRENCH CLASSICS AT HOME Bake 12 classic cannelés in one go with this tray suitable for baking.
