I only gave the C2 Massage Gun 5 stars because I couldn’t give it 10 stars. Yep, it’s that good. I bought a MUCH more expensive massage gun and while it worked well, their product lasted just over a year. I then started to look for a better product with a better warranty. I did plenty of research and found The Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun and ordered it. One of the best decisions because this thing is fantastic. Much more powerful than the $300 massage gun that broke after a year. Fast forward 5 months and I had a problem getting the C2 to actually power on so I emailed customer service with the issue and in about couple of days and doing what they asked, the problem was resolved. THEY SENT ME A BRAND NEW C2!!! Two things here, 1. The new C2 is working flawlessly and 2. The customer service team was absolutely amazing and very, very attentive to my issue. Mind you the Bob & Brad C2 Massage Gun was less than 3 times less expensive that the one that broke after a year. AND the C2 is used just as much or more than the more expensive one. This C2 Massage Gun is the perfect massage gun for everyday aches and pains and has done wonders for the pain in my lower back, neck and shoulders. I want to add that I did purchase the extremely affordable extended warranty and even after Bob & Brad replaced the the product the customer service team added the 5 months of warranty on to the new product!! You won’t find a better massage gun for your needs, a better warranty or a better customer service team! Thank you Bob & Brad for your amazing product and the amazing customer service team.

UPDATE: See the update below the original comments. I originally ordered this Massage Gun for my husband for our anniversary to ease trap and trigger point pain. The first time we used it, he received great benefit from it! Then my son, daughter and I used it to see if it would work for us!!!! And we all went, ahhhhhhh! Highly recommend this great massage gun to all who have any issues that could benefit from a deep tissue massage! It is: *very well made and feels solid in your hand *quiet operation *very little vibration in your hand *very powerful deep tissue massage that works just by holding it on the site even with no pressure applied which keeps you from tiring out while holding it!!!! Big plus!!!! *lasts thru many 10 minute cycles before having to recharge *Has c-type usb charge capability *very easy to use *And those are just the ones that I have observed so far!!! We are so happy with this unit and I'm going to order 2 more of these for the rest of my family!!! Thanks Bob and Brad for recommending this unit for your followers!!! UPDATE April 5, 2021 These units are so good that I ended up ordering two additional C2 massage guns and one Q2 mini massage gun to be used in the office! These are fantastic and I highly recommend them to anyone who's looking to get rid of neck, shoulder, mid back, lower back, leg soreness, Achilles tendonitis pain!, etc.! This little, quiet and easy to operate massager is the complete answer to most all your aches and pains especially trigger point and trap knots in your upper back and neck area! As I said before, what a relief it is when you've been in a world of hurt and finally get some long sought-after relief without taking any pain relievers orally! You feel like you just stepped out of the spa after these treatments!

Save yourself some time: I am analyst by profession and watched hours(!) of YouTube reviews. I'd never heard of Bob and Brad before--but their fans are, well, fanatical. Now I know why. What I liked most about the story behind this machined--especially versus others, many of which costs hundreds, yes, *hundreds*(!) of dollars--is that B&B didn't just jump on the bandwagon. They had been testing machines for, I dunno, a couple of years both on themselves and their patients. They are even open about it: They were not necessarily skeptical but approached the topic with appropriate professional skepticism. They even stated up front that they'd been approached for endorsement, and that this was the first unit that met their criteria, power, durability, attachments--and affordability. I appreciate their openness--and, yes, I know they are making money. So what? Welcome to America. At the same time, I honestly believe that they found the best and most affordable system--and at ~$100 (plus or minus), you're not taking a huge financial risk. Got this for Xmas as a present for my wife: Something that requires an operator to get to the middle of the back (I'm always thinkin'! Yet another reason to keep me around!). She loves it (so long as I don't get to close to her neck--this thing'll make your teeth rattle!). As for me, here is my endorsement: I am a lifelong runner (starting in the '70s, oi), and I have the aches and pains to prove it. This thing really works! It alleviates my lower back and my hip pain. Pretty amazing, really. All the other stuff is true too: rechargeable, power, blah blah blah. I'm just telling you: It's powerful, seems well built and most importantly, it works! Thank you Bill and Bob, for your honest business practices, your obvious and real desire to help people, and your humor and professionalism. Oh, and for picking a fine machine.

Good massage gun for the price. I would like to have some slower modes but overall I'm still satiesfied with the five modes available. My device stopped working after a year. Contacted support and they were incredibly helpful and quick to send a replacement for free. Great customer support!

UPDATE REVIEW - DEAD AFTER 7 MONTHS: I bought this back on Aug. 31, 2023, was very impressed as in my original feedback below. With the exception that it should have a separate On/Off switch. Now it's April 11, 2024 just 7 Months Later and it's DEAD. This item was only used by me and not abused. I am a senior and looked after this item hoping I would have it for a long time. But, now it's DEAD. It was on a Full Charge, while using it there were still 3 of the four charge indicators lit, then, it just stopped working. It was only running for about 5 minutes so it was not an overheating thing. Just died and now it's useless. I don't see a link to reach out to the seller to let them know. Maybe they would replace it with a bit of luck, we shall see. Costco has one similar which might be a good bet as they are great on looking after their customers. I bought one of these after seeing the smaller version a friend of mine has. I am pleased with this massager, it has a good quality feel to it and should last a long time. The categories for rating "Pain Relief" this definately does the job to provide good pain relief. As for catefory "Battery Life" well I only have this a short time and I have no reason the battery won't have an overall long life, only time will tell. And, the "Easy to Use" rating, well, it is easy to get a good comfortable grip for use and also easy to change the various heads what come with the massager. One not so convenient thing with the ease of use is the On/Off power. There are five different speeds, the speed button and power on/off button are one and the same. If you operate the massager by pressing once you are ON speed ONE and if you want to TURN OFF the massager you need to cycle through speeds, TWO, THREE, FOUR and FIVE before reaching the POWER OFF, that is FIVE presses to turn OFF the massager....... maybe an individual POWER ON/OFF button may be a design improvement and added convenience. Overall rating right now, I am happy with the massager and feel that it will do it's job well; I would buy again. UPDATE: After using this for over a month I have just one complaint. There should be an ON/OFF Switch added. Each time I use this it's usually on the "low" speed, then in order to turn the massager OFF I need to CLICK the BUTTON a FULL 5 times to turn it OFF. The speed button and the power button are one and the same. This really becomes annoying and inconvenient quickly. Make this modification and I would say you have the best massager ever. Other than this MAJOR inconvenience it's a great massager. UPDATED REVIEW: MAY 2025 .................. My first review of this C2 Massager was correct. It was totally fabulous in every way. It does everything you want and more. It is built to last and built to satisfy and get the job done. I added updated comments about 7 months after purchase. If I every provide an opinion or feedback and realize after that I was wrong or unfair in any way I think it's simply the right thing to do is come back and let that be known. It is definitely well deserved in this case that I need to give an update. I could give a lot of detail, instead I will get to the point. I was wrong about the "POWER SWITCH"..... there is a SIMPLE way to turn this massager OFF with just ONE simple click. It's embarassing, but I did not press hard enough on the power button. All I had to do was press just a tiny bit harder for a second or two and presto, it's TURNED OFF. As for this C2 Massager failing after 7 months - NOPE again. Yes, I am honestly the dumb one here.... all I had to do is 1) PLUG it in correctly, wow, how hard is that.... and.... 2) use a little energy and PRESS the POWER Button. I want to let you know that THIS COMPANY WAS HERE FOR ME, I should have commented earlier, but better late than never. When you post fair comments they read both the good and the not so good. This company listens to you and will look after you. It was certainly my experience. Okay., I am glad I have the opportunity to update my comment and not leave alone comments that were not correct.....when I make a mistake I need to come clean. BOTTOM LINE: AWESOME Company to deal with. GREAT Product all around, totally satisfied with my purchase. WARRANTY: Do NOT worry, they will honor it and be fair and look after you. CUSTOMER SERVICE: I can honestly say it truly deserves 5 star all around. Would I buy products from this company again? YES, Absolutely!, in flash.
