Could these be washed?

I have not used them yet so I am not sure!

No, crap from China. Regret buying, quality poor

Is there fuzz that comes off of the balls? I am looking for some for my dog to play with that will hold up to light play/carrying them in her mouth.

A bit of fuzz comes off at first but not a whole lot. I use them in a young toddler classroom and they work well for them and have held up very well.
