Nice bay tree took my time to fix the leaves looks great had one before from this company have had it years obviously it had been battered with the winds and weather was looking rough so needed replaced new one looks fab

I ordered the 120 tree after reading lots of reviews. This was to replace my current dead tree that has been outside our front door for about a year slowly dying despite our best efforts to keep it alive. The price of this item seemed very reasonable and the majority of the pictures on reviews looked good. Particularly when it was outside. I have a few issues with the tree. One is that the leaves all come scrunched up in the box and look windswept. It's not simply a case of teasing the branches and leaves out as they they been stuck in this position for sometime. I've spent more hours then I would care to teasing the branches and straightening the leaves into place with my hair straightners on a very low heat so as not to melt the plastic on the leaves. After doing all this the leaves and tree look a lot better. My other issue is despite the tree being advertised as indoor or outdoor use the care instructions recommended you bring it inside in wet weather. Considering my reason for buying it, is for it to be planted outside I was dissapointed this wasn't mentioned on the online ad. The instructions also suggest you spray it with uv protection. I'm planning to spray the tree with uv & water proofing spray to see if this will protect it. All in all I'm happy with the tree once I've finished straightening and uv/ waterproofing. It is a good price for what you get. But only time will tell if it will last outside. 3 month update: tree has lasted well in windy, snowy and frosty conditions. No breakages or issues and still looks great. Neighbours think my gardening skills have improved! 6 month update: tree still looks great! I tweak the branches around every now and then to make sure they are evenly spaced and that's as high maintenance as it gets. This was an excellent buy! The leaves have kept their colour so far and its all still intact. I haven't resprayed it with the uv waterproofer since it first went out as it hasn't needed it. But I might respray soon, simply to use the spray up! 9 month update: I think I should have sprayed the tree with uv protector more than once. After 9 months outside and direct sunlight some of the leaves have faded as shown in pic. The leaves in the shade are still perfect. 2 year update: tree leaves are falling off and looking a bit blue. It has been outside in all weather. I did think about trying to spray the leaves green, but figured I would probably spend a similar ammount on spray. It's time to replace. For less than £20 a year I think I've had a good deal! Second one on the way. Picture shows a massive difference in the new and old tree! I'm using uv and waterproof tent spray this time to see if this helps the tree last longer. Overall I don't think the tree is designed to be outside in all weather, but you can leave it out and I will continue to do so. The protection spray helps a bit. I will happily rebuy this item at £37.99 a go every 2 years as it is much cheaper than the £120 I was paying every year trying to keep a real one alive. The front of our house is in direct sunlight and most things do fade overtime. When you are close you can tell it's artificial. From a distance it looks real. But either way I personally love it and think it's great value for money!

They were packaged really well to protect them! I am so pleased with my purchase, the trees are very lifelike! They do need weighted though, a wind got up during night and the trees fell!

Wish I'd read the reviews more thoroughly before buying. I'm not sure what tree is pictured in the item listing for this item but it certainly isn't the same tree as I received! There are not enough branches or leaves to make the shape advertised. The leaves are all rolled and bent up. The instructions say to spend some time teasing the leaves into shape. This is impossible to do as the leaf stems are made of soft plastic so just return to the same position they were before. On the whole the tree looks okay, from a distance but is too sparse to look authentic, close up. I'm sure it'll fool the neighbours though, as it looks frail and diseased, just like the real ones I was trying to replace with these ones.
