Very tight cap clip!
Great pen, writes really nicely but 3 stars as the cap clip is impossibly stiff, nearly lost a nail trying to attach it to my notepad so gave up.

Empty Box... No Pen !!!
No quality control as they delivered an empty box, no pen (item) inside. The sticker-label across the box edge was torn. I have immediately complained and of course demanded a refund. Extremely disappointed as I have recently ordered several Cross Pens and had no issues, but to be sent an empty box is ridiculous.

Misleading product photos
Although pictures include gift bag, be aware that that’s not included. Comes in a box only - misleading and disappointing!! Ordered it as a gift, so don’t know how the quality itself plays out, but due to misleading photos it gets barely 2 stars.
