Appropriate alternative if sheep or other animal loop yarn isn’t available.
I used it with dry felting. I wasn’t able to obtain sheep loops in colors for my project. A YouTube suggested wool loopy yarn. Bought it, tried it, it worked. Acrylic yarn like this cannot be used as it does not felt. Suitable alternative for beginner felting.

I LOVE THIS YARN
This is fantastic yarn. It's beautiful alpaca yarn and I really like it. It's warm which is really nice. For a fluffier yarn texture, it's really easy to use. Has a light weight to it.

Very pretty and soft
I spun some natural dark brown alpaca fiber and thought it needed something to make it more interesting than just brown yarn. Instead of plying it as is, I used this lovely yarn for plying. It made the plain brown into a much more interesting yarn, and added some strength that the soft handspun needed.

Nice quality yarn. A soft natural fiber, so much better than synthetics. It costs more than synthetic yarn, but it is worth it.
