Quality product for a decent price.
After reading the reviews on this item, I was almost hesitant to order it. However, I did order it and received it in the time advertised by Amazon. Upon receipt, I immediately tried attaching it to the dual USB power supply for charging cell phones and 115v AC power strip combo that I had found at an Amazon Return Center that was missing the power cord. Perfect fit! Mickey fit directly into the combo first try, nice and tight, no problems at all. All I can say is, try this power cord for yourself if you have read the reviews telling about the problems with connecting the cord to whatever the person was trying to attach it to. That is the only sure way to find out for yourself. Most likely you will find it will fit as I did and not have the problems the others supposedly had. As I have found, you can't believe all of the reviews, good or bad, that you read anywhere.

Needed to charge Surface Book 2 through Wacom 100w power adapter
I am connecting and charging a Surface Book 2 laptop through a USB-C hub connected to a 4K TV/monitor. I have tried 4 different hubs, 8 USB-C extension cables, 3 USB-C to USB-C cables, 3 USB-C to HDMI cables, and 3 HDMI cables. I have tested each exhaustively to figure out what does and doesnโt work. I am going to include what I finally found did work to hopefully save you the weeks of testing, frustration, and returns that I went through. If you are looking for a way to have one clean 3ft cable (so that the hub can be behind desk) that connects to the USB-C port on your Surface Book 2 and provides charging (95 to 100w) at same or better rate than the original charger, and connects to a 4k display at 60hz, and does not cause image or sound distortions, and allows connecting other USB peripherals to the hub, here is what works (links below): - Anker Powerline II USB-C to USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 3ft - This is the KEY PIECE! I fought through so many cables that were infuriatingly problematic and inconsistent. The Anker Powerline II worked perfectly as soon as I plugged it in and has continued to do so every time. I REALLY wish I had just found it first! It would have saved me hours and hours of frustration! If you can have the hub right next to your laptop and then a bunch of cables running out from there, then this cable is not necessary, but I needed a clean look with one cable from the laptop and then all the mess behind the monitor and desk. - WBPINE USB C Hub HDMI 5-in-1 Multiport Adapter or Koopman Dex Station USB Type C 5-in-1 Hub - These appear to be the same product and manufacturer. I like the black case and green power light of the WBPINE. Koopman offers a better warranty. Both worked the same. One of the great things about these hubsโbesides the rarity of supporting 4k at 60hz and 100w powerโis that the 6in cable to connect to the laptop is removable. That makes it both more durable and possible to replace the short cable with a longer one rather than having to use as USB-C extension (male-to-female) cable which I found to be more problematic and harder to find with the right specs. - Wacom 100w Power Adapter with 6ft โMickey Mouseโ AC Power Cord โ This is expensive for just a power adapter. At the time, it was the only good option I could find to support 100w. Hopefully more 100w power adapters will come available at lower cost. - High Speed HDMI Cable - I have tested several. They have all worked. I could not see any difference between 4ft and 6ft, but 4ft fit my application better. Just make sure it is rated for high speed. Donโt spend more than $10. - TCL 55S423 55in TV - (From Costco) Great price. Supports Chroma 4:4:4. Has ports coming off the side rather than back. 55in is as big as I would want to go for comfortable monitor. The TCL 55S405 is similar, but I think it has the ports coming off the back which means it has to mount farther from the wall. - As a side note, the Vivo Mount-VW03G is a great mount for a 55in screen that you need to be height-adjustable and rotatable and the Vivo Desk-V111VT makes a great rolling height-adjustable standing desk. Now that I finally have the hub and cables figured out, I am loving my setup!! I wish Microsoft would fix both of those things and offer a simple option that didnโt involve figuring out all the separate pieces above.

YEAH, IT'S A CORD - BUT IT DOES ITS JOB WELL!
OK, so a power cord isn't the most exciting or glamorous part of a laptop, but you still need one if you want the battery to charge properly. I've read a lot of poor reviews about cheaper (non-UL tested) cords and I didn't want to waste my money on some junk that worked for about a week and then died. This cord works great, is better than the standard 3' cords most laptops are equipped with, and has held up well thus far. I've ordered other PWR+ products with much success, so this is another in their line that doesn't disappoint.

Pretty good
The cable seems to be working fine so far. Something Iโd worried about was from the picture it seemed like it would be a very thin wire but it ended up a bit thicker than I thought and feels pretty sturdy. Working well with my laptop now

perfect replacement
I already had the replacement power adapter they offer for my laptop, and that worked perfectly. Until I stepped on the three-prong end of the plug with my bare foot. Not pleasant, I do not recommend doing that under any circumstances. The grounding bit of the plug got bent from that incident, so I knew it was a bad idea to continue using it. But honestly, there isn't a three-prong in the world that would survive such an encounter. I knew this replacement would work well because this company makes some quality products. As it turns out, the replacement is even better than the one I had to begin with! It appears to be much sturdier, and it fits perfectly in my PWR+ power adapter. I can't speak for how well it fits with other power adapters, but if you need the whole power adapter replaced, I also recommend this company for such a product. The best part is they charge less than OEM replacement prices, but they work just as well and they're UL listed (important if you want to prevent destroying your laptop and/or your house with an electrical fire.) Can't recommend this brand enough.

Little pricey, works beautifully
It's quite expensive for the fact that it is just a cable adapter. But it is of really impeccable quality. Works like a charm. And with its 6 feet length, I can work with my laptop anywhere. The wallplug is quite snug, so it doesn't fall out anytime during use.

Works well - no issues
Does what it says it does without any issue. Since my bedroom and living room is where I spend the most time with my gaming laptop, this is my alternative compromise as I didn't want to spend the money for another 220watt power supply (they're quite expensive). This makes it a little easier as I can leave the cord plugged in at both locations and only have to grab the laptop and power brick when going back and fourth.

Works well with HP Pavilion Laptop
My new HP Pavilion Laptop came with a short 3' cord from the transformer to the wall plug. This 6' cord gave the extra distance to the wall outlet that I needed. The quality appears to be as good as the cord that came with the laptop, and the "mickey mouse" end fit the transformer well with a firm "snap" into place. Good product for a reasonable price.

Shopped for this particular cable for its quality build, durability & length to replace the original that was damaged. Quality is great on this one. very thick & solid for demanding environments and conditions. Price is good & accepted when you compare to shops and other sellers, So this is good value shopping and experience. 10/10.
