Very pleased with this product. It was easy to set up & synch to the alarm sound that you want. There were loads to choose from & the alarm sound I chose was super loud - it would be hard to ignore! The range was excellent & covered the entire house & into the garden with no problem at all, which gives great ease of mind in case of needing to call for help.

The alarm system arrived on time as is usual with Amazon, and was easy to set up. My wife is disabled and this gives her a means of sounding an alarm anywhere in the house and I will hear it through one of the two receivers. With three buttons we have set one up beside her bed which alarms on the landing which I can easily hear from my room. It has a number of different sounds to choose from, but when you have chosen I cannot seem to find how to set my choice of sound as the default. If I could find an answer to that I would have given it a rating of 5 stars.

These have been a life saver, bought for my elderly neighbour who has been falling over in her flat and struggles to get up on her own it reaches through concrete walls and floors both to mine on the same landing and to another neighbour 3 flights up she finds them really easy to use and they were so simple to set up definitely saved her more than a few occasions

I thought they mite not work in my old house with flint in the walls. Most things don't work but these work just fine. Love all the tones you can pick. Fell a lot better knowing my wife can get a hold of me if she needs help.

This product worked really well and over a good distance. It is loud enough to hear over the TV/radio and large button makes it easy for elderly to use. The 'call-button' could do with some form of light/luminous marking to make it easier to locate in the dark. Otherwise a really good product with 3 buttons and 2 receivers making it very versatile.

I got these wireless pagers/call buttons for my father who recently had a stroke. His mobility is severely compromised & needs 24-hr care/help. The cordless phone's intercom key was too small & difficult using his mobile. The wireless pagers & call buttons are the perfect answer. The set came with 2 Ringers & 3 Call Buttons. A set of self-adhesive pads to fit/mount the Call Button on a wall/shelf or table, lanyards to hang them around your neck & also batteries are supplied. A very thoughtful & convenient consideration. The product is basically a portable doorbell. A push button & a ringer! However, it's design with consideration made for the end user. The Call Button is a round white plastic disc, 65mm diameter & 25mm thick, with a large bright 28mm green call button in the middle. The size & bright colour makes it easily to see & press easily. The ringer is 85mm square & 20mm thick, with a couple of blue LED's on the front panel that flash when its ringing. The ringer is reasonably loud with 5 adjustable volume levels, a selection of ringtones can be selected but they're all a bit 'naff', the default 'Ding Dong' tone is welcoming & effective. The Ringers can be wall mounted with screws or with the double sided adhesive pads, however being portable there's no belt clip or lanyard option, if you wanted to take it to another room. We have a ringer in the hallway & the other on the landing. You can hear the 'Ding Dong' anywhere in the house, it also works at the bottom of the garden. All three buttons can work & both ringers sound at the same time. An excellent product & easy to use so 5-stars! My negative comments are the instructions supplied had the tiniest print possible, impossible to read but didn't matter as there's not setting up needed. Fit the supplied AAA batteries in the ringers & pull the plastic safely tabs off the buttons & that's it. I did have an issue because only one ringer was working! Perhaps the second ringer needed pairing? Checked fitted batteries correctly, it turns out to be the rubbish batteries. I've fitted new 'branded' batteries in both ringers & everything is working perfectly. I think its a bit over priced, but if lasts 2 years minimum, I would be satisfied. Overall I like think it's an excellent product. It's simple and easy to use is a vital element. Theres no settings, configurations, wifi network connections, voice controls necessary. Simply press one button that's all. Very Good!

Arrived quickly and now we feel safer with the alarm in place . If either of us falls we can press our buttons and get help quickly

For what it is (a glorified doorbell) it does what I wanted it for, as a means for elderly mother to summon assistance. Handy with 3 bell pushes and two portable ringers. Haven't tested range yet (especially through walls) and being battery operated you need to do daily check that units function as no low battery warning. Instructions poor and minute, given purpose of unit don't understand why instructions can't be printed large type on sheet of A4! Instructions seem to relate to plug in unit and if I wasn't technically minded to work it out for myself don't clearly explain how to pair and set ring tones. Being portable the ringers should have belt clip and fold out stand, they don't , just screw holes so you can fix to a wall. Bell push is clear and large (reason I got this rather than doorbell) so easy for someone with arthritis/mobility issues to use. That said, given what it is and compared to doorbell units available I consider the item overpriced by £10 - £15 and should probably be around £25 mark, not over £40.
