Absolutely love this very special toilet seat. Easy to install and works perfectly. Looks so cool in our bathroom and performs all functions beautifully. Heated seat is great for these cold mornings and the warm air bottom dryer is just bliss! I would include a video, but I don’t think anyone needs to see me on the loo! 🤣 Honestly, going to the toilet will never be the same again. I feel like a king! And no more toilet wipes and the risk of clogging up the pipes!

Having recently returned from a trip to Japan to see my son and his family, we were impressed by the smart toilet seat there which are a feature in most family homes and hotels. I don’t usually do reviews but I’m so impressed with this seat and I thought it may be helpful to give an insight after 3 weeks of use and also provide a summary on fitting the product. Features The product works very well. We leave the toilet seat heater and the UV light on all the time. The remote fits neatly on our tiled bathroom wall. The water temperature can be selected as can the pressure to suit. The turbo wash function is excellent, although the dryer is not particularly good (final dry only following the customary wipe with paper). I have read reports that no paper is required – we have not found this, but certainly less is required as the bidet function does most of the “work”. Installation Living in the UK, we do not have sockets in our bathrooms. The electrical connection comes with a fitted UK plug. I cut this off, ran the cable under the bath (after removing the bath panel) and then drilled through from the bedroom next door. I fitted a fused spur from a socket which was on the ring main and wired the cable directly to this. A plumbing kit is included with the seat – this is a basic plastic T connection with a flexi hose for fitting to the toilet. I had read the importance of ensuring that a check valve was important to avoid any contamination issues with the water supply – I’m not sure if this feature is integral to the seat and didn’t want to take any risks. I decided to use JG Speedfit fittings (as shown in the photos). First, I fitted a 15mm double check valve to the copper pipe inlet. I then used a plastic push-fit 15mm T from where I attached two ½” x 15mm flexible tap connectors (one to the toilet cistern, the other to the seat. I found it easier to assemble the valve and the T first due to the restrictions of space in our installation. No leaks first time!

A good value Bidet Toilet Seat with adequate number of features/modes and a reasonable price. Jets are powerful enough to give a good wash, and remote control works well. Quality wise seems ok, I think it's polypropylene rather than duroplast, but the moulding and overall finish is good. Seat is easy to fit/plumb-in and includes a t-pipe adapter + plastic flexible pipe, so no additional parts needed as long as you have standard modern UK pipework. Any reasonably competent DIYer could fit these, as long as your have a suitable, safe location to run the cable to. Be sure to check size/dimensions and take worse-case if back/tank of toilet has any slight curvature. Hardest part of fitting was actually drilling a hole in through a porcerlain tile to route the cable. Will post a further update about reliability in a year or so...

After using the vovo toilet seat for several months i can honestly say I am impressed. The build quality is very good and as several people have asked "can you sit on the lid" the answer is yes I weigh 106 Kg and have sat on the lid several times without any damage. All the various settings work well but I must admit that once I found the correct temp, pressure and angle so to speak I have had no reason to change them. The heated seat works well and gets to the desired temp very quickly but to be honest I don't use it because its never feels that cold, even the odour vent seems to work but how I have no idea. The remote control feels very robust and well made with all functions easy to find and operate, I have wall mounted mine next to the loo so it never leaves its holster. The first few time used I was a little worried about the water temp being correct i.e. not to hot but up to now no problems what so ever with the temp being the same every time. The LED light would be handy if it came on automatically but it has to be switched on manually so I never use it. The toilet seat has to be lifted manually as opposed to being automatic. Power consumption is very small and according to their technical department its 10 watt per hour in saver mode and 1100 watts when in full use ie water heating etc. While on the subject of technical department I had a few questions regarding fitting and use, they got back to me very promptly and were very helpful. In summary, the vovo is a well made piece of kit with lots of features and it certainly does the job it is designed to do, I have recently had a hip replacement and found it a great help in maintaining personnel hygiene. Has it been a good purchase or just a fad, put it this way, I would hate to go back to the old method. Hope this is useful and if you need any further help just ask.

Pour commencer, deux jours après avoir acheté le produit je vois que son prix a été abaissé de 120€. Je contacte le vendeur Vovo qui accepte sans discussion de procéder à un ajustement, et deux jours plus tard 120€ étaient virés sur mon compte bancaire ! Merci à eux et à Avery, mon contact chez Vovo. Le produit a pu être monté facilement et sans outil, si ce n'est une clef anglaise pour relier l'arrivée d'eau. Je n'ai pas eu besoin d'aller au magasin de bricolage pour l'installation de deux bidets identiques sur deux WC à l'ancienne. Le raccord fourni en métal s'insère bien entre le robinet et le WC si votre tuyauterie (en métal dans mon cas) est suffisamment souple. J'ajoute que je n'ai pas eu besoin d'utiliser le gabarit papier fourni pour l'ajustement, qui se fait facilement sans lui. La notice pourrait contenir un peu plus d'explications, mais le fonctionnement d'ensemble est assez intuitif, les videos d'utilisateurs sur Youtube peuvent apporter quelques compléments. Tout fonctionne parfaitement sur les deux bidets après quelques semaines, un modèle de simplicité avec tout ce qu'il faut (pas plus) pour les réglages. Toutes les fonctions - il les a toutes ! - sont efficaces, sauf pour le séchage qui, même après la durée standard (2 minutes) à température max reste insuffisant pour ne pas bénéficier de l'emploi d'une petite serviette. Mais tous les autres produits, même les plus chers du marché, semblent partager ce défaut. Peut-être une puissance augmentée à température raisonnable (pas le max qui serait trop chaud), genre le sèche-cheveux de la piscine, pourrait le faire, je ne sais pas. Bref ce Vovo est un produit très abouti, nous ne regrettons pas du tout notre choix, et le prix d'achat final (environ 300€) me semble tout à fait justifié.

Dopo 1 anno di utilizzo posso dire che è molto ben fatto e vale i soldi spesi. Super se hai un bagno piccolo e senza il bidet.bonstallazione semplice. Mi piace molto il sedile riscaldato in pieno inverno! After 1 year of use, I can say it's very well made and worth the money spent. Super if you have a small bathroom without a bidet. Simple installation. I really like the heated seat in the middle of winter!

Toalettsitsen verkar väldigt bra. Säljare har en toppnotch customer service. Formen passade inte så bra min toalett även om det hade fungerat att använda det.

Not gonna lie, it's amazing. First time using a bidet.
