This review refers to ‘Visual Beat Heart Rate Monitor’ by Wellue and ‘ViHealth’ app. This is an absolutely superb piece of equipment and App is a design marvel, all relevant information clearly presented and no redundant data. The ECG recording is of medical standard. The pdf printout has the background markings like 10mm/mv voltage recording and 25mm/second recording speed (bottom right corner) which is how ECG is recorded in medical establishments. The A4 printout is the one to share if needed. Note this is NOT sold as a medical device, because I presume Wellue hasn’t submitted this for approval as a medical device in EU or USA. A few pointers to get the best out of this device; To recognise and interpret the ECG you need a clean recording without interference. Google ECG to see the pattern. To get clear tracings; 1. The band should stay on your chest without movement during walking or exercising. Movement of electrode on skin produces baseline disturbances. Adjust the length so it is not too tight or too loose on the chest. Also circles your chest properly without movement during exercise. 2. Moisten the electrode to skin contact with water. Good contact necessary for clean record of electrical activity of the heart. 3. I noticed that initially, for few minutes, the baseline moves a lot making recordings less clear. However after sometime it settles to give clear recording. Sweat obviously improves contact and recording. 4. If you have a hairy chest perhaps you may need to shave for better contact. I have recorded ECG while on treadmill and running outside for over an hour and every time been able to get excellent recordings. Obviously you get effortless clean recording if you use disposable electrodes, a sample of which comes with the product. But I haven’t used it as I haven’t had the need to. The App is design marvel. All necessary information clearly presented. Battery level, heart rate in both number and graph and ECG. Unlike other apps, you don’t have to give your data to use it. See App Store in iOS; no data related to you is collected by the app either. Any negatives? The device has LED which blinks when not in use. And it’s small, so can easily get lost. I solved both by putting it in the excellent box it came when not in use. Lid opening is not obvious. I put a dot mark so don’t have to search. Seeing battery levels in percentage in addition will be a bonus.

I bought this product because I have arrhythmia and I wanted to be able to train whilst keeping an eye on my heart rate. Also, my fitbit was unable to accurately track my heart rate. The first thing to say is that this thing is way more accurate than any wrist based watch device. Ok, Apple Watch is up there, but nothing beats a chest strap monitor. It's easy to set up and very comfortable to wear. I often forget to take it off when I come back from the gym. I use the strap rather than the sticky things. I barely notice it unless it vibrates to notify I've hit my first heart rate level. I use it to warn myself to bring my HR back down if it's getting too high. It also tells me with a double vibration when my heart rate is so high that I've gone into tachycardia. This is very useful to make me stop and wait for my heart to revert back to NSR. So, if you have arrhythmia and you're an active person, I would recommend this device. It's kind of designed more for heart patients than athletes because it can do ECGs. I've used that feature and it works well. I have recorded the odd SVT. One annoying thing: Quite often when I first put the monitor on, it struggles to connect to my phone / the app. It can take multiple times of closing and opening the app, reconnecting, turning bluetooth on and off, etc. It's annoying! Having said this, it does tend to stay connected after that. It just takes time out of my workout at the beginning.

Got the device so I could monitor my HR during the day at anytime. Device works really well, to confirm the accuracy I’ve used a proper monitor and they showed the same results. Only issue was that the device stopped working completely and couldn’t access any data. Emailed the support team and they sent a new one to replace the faulty one. New one works wonders, same accuracy and no malfunction whatsoever. Should have an option to power down the device when not in use. The app it’s also very easy to use. Another great advantage is that it can be used with other sports apps to monitor your HR during training.

The device measures well. But that's it. Good luck if you ever want to record, use or access those recordings. It will only "record" 10 lots of 30 mins. That is it. But those are stuck on the device, and there is no way to ever get the data off. You have to delete the old data to "record" a new one - not that you can do anything with that recording. It says you can store the data in the cloud. But there is no way to access that data - except via the same app, so it is a nonsense. There is no PC software for it (it looks like there is but it doesn't work with this device, only a more expensive one). So altogether it serves no purpose. Pity. Update: It just lost all my data, and the so called cloud backup didn't help - everything was zeroed. Hopeless. Do not touch.

Had a replacement after about 3 months as it stopped working, have used the new one for about 8 weeks and now the app is throwing up a '500, system abnormal ' message with no reply from support. Ordered a different one from elsewhere.

Partner purchased this as he was in need of a way to log his irregular heartbeat so we could take it to the dr as we had some issues getting a reading via the hospital. Due to the 30min ecg record facility we were able to get this seen by a medical professional who was then able to do further tests and start him on a correct form of treatment. The monitor is easy to wear on the band and quick to sync to the app on your phone. We are grateful that this exsists as it has given us some peace of mind and a start to better health.

Avendo da poco ripreso a fare attività fisica, ho acquistato questo prodotto con il duplice scopo di monitorare le prestazioni con uno strumento più affidabile della mia vecchia smartband e di tenere sotto controllo la salute cardiaca mia e dei miei cari. Il prodotto è arrivato da poco, per cui eventualmente aggiornerò la mia recensione più avanti in caso emergano altri aspetti importanti di cui tenere conto, ma intanto posso assolutamente ritenermi soddisfatto per l'acquisto. Di seguito, brevemente, i pro e i contro: PRO: - In primis il prezzo (ad oggi, con lo sconto, poco più di 70€): per questa cifra credo sia impossibile trovare di meglio; - Rilevazione della frequenza cardiaca in diretta sull'app proprietaria o scaricandola successivamente; - Possibilità di eseguire ECG ad una traccia registrando fino a 30 minuti ed esportando i dati; - Possibilità di utilizzo con fascia toracica (inclusa) e con diodi adesivi (alcuni inclusi nella confezione); - Leggerezza e trasportabilità; - Facilità d'uso; - Possibilità di abbinarla con altre app di fitness per il monitoraggio della frequenza cardiaca (per esempio, ho provato con l'app "D. Coach" di una nota multinazionale francese specializzata nello sport e funziona); - App proprietaria "ViHealt" discreta nel suo complesso e che permette di creare più utenti, così da monitorare la salute di tutta la famiglia; - Analisi AI dell'ECG per avere un responso che altrimenti non sarebbe facilmente intellegibile dalla maggior parte degli utenti (o almeno, per me sarebbero solo linee senza senso!). CONTRO: - Affinchè i dati siano attendibili, è necessario prestare molta attenzione all'applicazione del prodotto. La fascia, ad esempio, deve essere ben stretta, con i sensori umidi e posta in modo che si muova il meno possibile anche durante l'attività fisica; - l'ECG è attendibile solo a riposo, altrimenti il tracciato è molto disturbato e diviene illeggibile; - Sarebbe stato comodo un'astuccio per il trasporto, che invece non è presente. Nel complesso il prodotto è molto ben fatto e, a condizione di utilizzarlo bene, sembra fornire dati attendibili. Ho letto in altre recensioni di difficoltà nell'esportazione dei tracciati, ma ho fatto un file PDF con un tracciato di 5 minuti senza problemi. Fa tutto quello per cui l'ho comprata, pertanto per me sono 5 stelle meritate, soprattutto in relazione al prezzo.

El producto en si es de mucha ayuda y calidad. Puedes monitorizar CON electro cardiograma!! No solo tienes registro del ritmo cardiaco, que lo hacen todos. Este de puede registrar con gran precision el electro cardigrama. Mi cardiologo se ha quedado sorprendido y se lo ha quedado la referencia. En caso de necesitar grabar el electro, registra de forma continua hasta 30 minutos. Además el soporte es muy efectivo, despues de meses tuve un problema y no tardé ni 4 dias en tener una solución satisfactoria. - Como recomendación al fabricante: Autormatizar la grabacion del electro en caso de pasar uno de los dos niveles configurables. - La impresion a PDF de las diferentes paginas que sea en un único documento PDF. En cualquier caso 5 estrellas estás más que merecidas. La descripción es lo que dicen y el precio creo que es adecuado por el hecho de disponer de electrocardiograma tan bueno.

Ce cardiofréquencemètre compatible Ant+ et BLE (bluetooth) est rechargeable avec une autonomie correcte, mais un câble usb-C ou micro-usb aurait été plus pratique que le câble usb propriétaire. Son fonctionnement connecté à une montre de sport, un compteur vélo, un ordinateur ou un smartphone en Ant+ ou en bluetooth est sans reproche : fiable, pas de déconnexion. Pour le relevé d'ECG il faut impérativement laisser l'application ViHealth ouverte sur cette fonction pour pouvoir enregistrer un tracé jusqu'à 30 minutes. C'est un peu contraignant et il faut empêcher le smartphone de passer en veille sinon l'enregistrement s'arrête. Le tracé est n'est pas analysé même sommairement par l'application comme c'est le cas pour le tensiomètre Armfit+ avec fonction ECG de la même marque. On peut par contre l'exporter en PDF. Une fonctionnalité qui fait gonfler un peu le prix de l'appareil, mais n'est pas suffisamment développée à mon goût.
