Is this good to clean an old bathroom?

How to unlock the spray? i just bought it, but have no idea how to make the spray work. i don't see any click or anything. do i need pierce the front?

The nozzle on the end turns, it's very faint. Writing but on side says off and the over is spray

Can i use this on vinyl/lino flooring please? Worried about flooring being marked.

Can this be used to clean painted plaster walls?
