A Czech gem!

Can only agree with the previous reviewer - looks as if the disc has been deleted now (May 2012), and only a few copies around. Snap one up if only to hear Zdena Kloubová sing track 6 - Na to bych se podívala (What an outrage it would be)! This 1 minute 34 seconds deserves to be on every desert island. Let's hope Supraphon re-issue (and include the libretto) as there is no other recording - indeed this was the first apparently in 2006. So sad that lots of Czech and Polish music got “lost” - wars, politics and minority languages have conspired to keep those of us in Western Europe in ignorance of many gems like this one. Buy it if you can!
