Fake product supplied by emblem store, surat. It was neither uttu brand nor sandwich pillow. The pillow was soiled and zip was rusted, even the foam quality was sub standard.

Great pillow, misleading size description
I bought a king and it's absolutely not a king size pillow. It's a queen size. That said, it's very comfortable, is good quality and helped me resolve a neck issue I was having. So that's pretty good!

Really Helps Me Sleep
My neck has some issues, (a disc has shifted, arthritis, etc.) and this pillow has made a positive difference in my ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. The pillow it replaced was a old Temperpedic which I liked, but are pretty pricy. One nice thing about this pillow is that it has two different size "swells" to go under your neck. Both have been used, with my preference going to the larger side. It's very firm, but not rigid. If needed, I'd buy it again.

Better than a regular pillow, However
The pillow eases pain in my neck. However, there was a very strong, unpleasant smell until I took the pillow apart, washed the cover and completely aired out each section for several days.

This is a replacement to the contour pillow I had worn out. So far, good deal! I like the firmness and height of the tall side for my needs.

a pain to clean
overall these kind of pillows are the comfiest in my opinion but it comes apart into 3 pieces when you take the cover off to clean and when putting it back on it can be a process. has lasted longer than one from another company though so im giving it a lot of props on that.
