Toughened Non-Stick Rectangular Roaster, 35 cm, 52104350010101

This.. this.. is an absolute game changer to how I cook now I have made what I call a cottage stroganoff as the first dish. Why is it called that? Well instead of using minced beef it's beef cubes with mushrooms and a cream sauce under a topping of mashed potato, everything home made of course. Cooked the beef and mushrooms in the roaster on the stove on a gas hob then baked everything for an hour after layering the mashed potato on top with Red Leicester and Mature Cheddar running through the mash as well as grated on top all in the same roaster. Got demolished the same day even by the picky eaters! This was around 93 quid on a lightning deal still on the pricey side but with some birthday gift cards I only paid around 28 quid so a massive bargain for my wallet haha. I have also cooked marinated quartered chicken on this and love heat distribution - how I can use different sides as heat zones as one side gets substantially hotter than the other. When they are done on that side I move them over to cooler side flipped on the other side to cook and move the other pieces to the hotter side. Have always used a wooden spoon and a silicone sleeved tongs to flip the chicken. The non-stick is absolutely none stick none of that b.s that say they are non-stick but are 'non-stick' with caveats. To clean I've always let it cool before cleaning as the handles get seriously hot and rinsed it with soapy water with a gentle sponge clean and soft brush scrub for the stubborn areas. Clean is made much easier by letting it soak for a good long awhile. The fact that I don't have to faff around with seasoning is bliss especially since not everyone is bothered to season cast iron cookery regularly other than myself and one of my parents as apparently "it's too much work".... so not having to season it after someone else has done cooking and washing is the icing on the cake. To be on the safe side everyone has opted to not use it now as you must not use metal utensils on this along with that it needs to be cool before even attempt to clean it otherwise you'd scald your hands on the handles as the roaster does not fit in the sink so just running it under the sink doesn't. So bonus and bliss can't ask for anything more from a roaster. Hmm, i think I'll make fish pie in this next with Pangasius fillets.

This is the best roasting oven tray we have purchased. The best roast potatoes have been made in this tray. It’s non stick & washes with ease. Purchased this brand, after buying the same brand of Yorkshire pudding tray. I know it isn’t cheap, but worth the money.

Wow! This is the biz! It’s solid, it’s heavy, it’s non-stick. It’s ideal for putting things in which need to go in the oven. Like a tray bake. Or if you want to do a roast dinner for 6 people. It’s made by Le Creuset, who are French but that’s not a problem, it works just fine. Would be nice if it was available in different colours.

Absolutely wonderful pan, if you can afford it buy one a d seriously look after it!

The 11th TNS I owned. Since I bought my first one was over 10years ago- and it still lasts. Love them. No matter what other brands I got, TNS is my to go ones.
