It comes with a key which can be used to open the safe if power is out. Also has a battery but I am not sure if it can open the lock or just powers the clock/electronics etc.

Where can I buy a replacement RFID chip that gets inserted into this band?

Anyone having issues with the clock keeping accurate time? Mine runs fast and is a few minutes off by the end of the week.

I also have experienced an issue with the clock. The clock on my safe runs slow. It loses about 2-3 minutes every 3 weeks.
