**Q: is it possible to get a power supply**
A: There is a power supply in the pocket. I have not tried to get a replacement part.

A: Not a long time on the water

**Q: What is the largest waist and chest this can fit? I live in the tundra and need it to fit over many many layers.**
A: Yes this will fit over many layers, it has a nice loose fit !  My husband is an extra-large, and it still fit loose.

**Q: Whats the sizes**
A: It is one size fits most. The sides have adjustable velcro fasteners that allow it to fit most people. The bottom front fastener is also velcro and allows one to adjust the width.
