Bought this knife as a Christmas gift for my daughter and sil after my cousin got some knives frome.this company. My daugher and sil could not believe the high quality and sharpness of this knife. They were very impressed and said they are wanting to get more knives from them.

Upon receiving my new Dalstrong knife, the first thing I noticed is the attention to the packaging that they used. This was like opening a state of the art piece of technology. I love the sleeve that come with the knife to protect you while not using it. The design of the knife is extremely unique. I love the way the handle feels in my hand and it cuts through everything I’ve thrown at it like butter. I can not wait to purchase more of these knives. I can’t recommend them enough.

Purchased this knife for slicing tomahawk steaks. Definitely love the prongs on the end for serving sliced steak. Makes for a good conversation piece also.

I have a full set of the Dalstrong Gladiator knives and wanted something for the BBQ area and this is super sharp and great for many tasks. The forked tip seems a little thin, but is razor sharp and great for making small cuts in preparing meat. Love the balance and handle as the all knives in this series are very comfortable.

This is the knife that gets the “wows” from my friends that see it. It’s not just visually pleasing though- the curved blade is really useful when cutting meat allowing for a longer stroke to cut across larger pieces. And it has a bottle opener which is pretty useful for backyard cooking as well!
