A real person answered the phone. They were knowledgeable and spoke english. Take my money now! Kit is very high quality and easy to install if you are the least bit handy. I chose this enclosed box as my 21 scat pack has an open hood scoop and was worried about water getting in an open cold air intake. You do lose a little bit of the cold air whine but protection is the most important. I would also recommend getting the headlight tube to go with this.
