Liberty Imports 15" Oversized Construction Truck Toys for Kids – 1:22 Scale Friction Powered Vehicles with Realistic Moving Parts (Excavator)

I bought this for a 4 yr old boy who loves construction toys. He plays very hard with his toys and it often involves crashes and thing falling down stairs. He recently got a few other toys similar to this and he breaks parts of them quickly. This excavator has held up to his abuse and the fighting over it between him and his 2 yr old brother. They love the toy and how realistic it is. I like that it can take the daily abuse and keep going. My 4 yr old will even take it to bed with him and carries it everywhere. I would recommend this to anyone searching for a larger sized excavator for a child. My 4 yr old requested one “that had a handle for the boom arm and was as tall as my belly” it’s not quite that big when extended but it’s close enough for him. It has been his favorite toy since he opened it.

I bought this for my son and he has been pretty hard on it. He does not treat his toys like garbage but he does play with them and it held up. Yes, the tracks fell off from time to time but he liked putting them on and off. He really enjoyed this toy and got a lot of dirt time from it. He loves playing in rocks and dirt/sand. It did slowly break down until it was not usable but for the what it cost and time he spent on it I will gladly buy another.

I really like this excavater! I bought it for my 2yr old & was pleased with the size & all the movable parts. My son loves it & I would have given it 5 stars if the belts around the bottom didn't come off so easily. It wasn't like that at first, so they must have loosened through play, & it's not a huge deal, bcuz it in no way hinders his play. They aren't constantly falling off or anything, but do come off very easy. They should find a way to prevent that, especially since young children (like mine) can try to put it over their heads. Other then that it's a nice toy & I definitely recommend it!

My son was vibrating with excitement after unwrapping this cement mixer. We showed him you could put dried beans inside for a 'realistic' mixing effect, and he was soooo excited. A little part- a side ladder, broke off in the first 24 hours, but otherwise, this thing seems sturdy.

The truck was exactly what I ordered. My grandson is just loving playtime withe truck.

Some context, my son has had many construction vehicles. He can be a bit rough, like most 3 year old boys are with trucks. I got this one for him for Christmas, based on the reviews I thought it was going to be good. The movement is great, the ease of use is there. Even the details are really neat, but the Materials and the plastics are quite flimsy though, and it makes me nervous about pieces breaking off. The piece on top of the little tank comes off and it’s an obvious choking hazard. If you are getting this for a 1,2 or even 3 year old I would say skip it. If the kiddo is older and over the choking risk and putting things up his nose phase then go for it. Also another thing that I don’t love is there isn’t a covering for the opening for the cement mixer barrel. My son keeps putting his small Dino’s into it and it drives me nuts. 😅

Well made, durable, and big fun

This truck is amazing. It is my one year olds favorite toy. He will play with all day! However- the boom arm got stuck and the plastic just broke in half. We’re so sad! It lasted about a month, I wish it did longer, I would recommend it either way.

A piece off the main chute broke off within 3 hours and one of the pegs for extending the chute also broke, so chute can't be extended. Also the red cap for the water tank comes off very easily. If you have younger children, this will be a choking issue. Very disappointed for the price paid

Needs batteries. 2year old grandson liked it very much
