I don’t really understand what this supplement is, or for? Can someone help explain?

Whatever you read here it’s very simple to research reputable cancer and medical sources to know that diuretics do not, in fact, help with lymphedema. Seems it’s more of a side effect spun to come off as a benefit when it’s not. Oh those rascally marketing folks! What will they get up to next?!?!
