Is this phone locked to a network?

My one was unlocked was able use my three network SIM but be careful in buying it battery is very poor full charge last 2 hours

My phone was assigned to a network, but a quick couple of emails to apple(if I remember correctly ) got it unlocked to allow use of existing sim/network. You can google the process. It did worry me at purchase but was easily sorted.
