I really like the durable fabric of this Pivoter as its much stronger than cheaper back packs, it has quality zippers and is well made. I ordered the color thyme, which is similar to an army green although it doesn't look like it online. The shoulder pads are comfortable and the pads against my back should prevent back sweating. There's one large exterior pocket which is good for a light jacket, lunch or trail maps. The large interior pocket can hold a large tablet or laptop in a separate sleeve and there's still loads of room for a pair of sneakers, headphones, sweater, hat, socks, etc. The smaller zipper pocket has a small additional zipper pocket for a phone, small tablet, wallet etc. Then there's additional room for cards, paperback, glasses, pens, keys, bug spray, matches, sunscreen, charger,etc. My last back pack was pretty old and sagged down my back, this one stays higher on my back where it should. The 2 bottle pockets are strong and perfect size. I'll use it for both day hiking and for air travel as a carry on. To ensure its waterproof I plan to spray it with silicone. This product is awesome. My old EMS back pack lasted 20 years, I hope to get many years of use with this Northface pack.

Great backpack that can carry a lot of books, sketchbook and art supply. Roomy and a lot of pockets. Thank you company for making a Great backpack that seem durable and will last a long, long time.

This backpack is perfect for me as a college student. I use it every day and even take it on trips since it is so easy to store my laptop and tablet and have confidence that it will be safe. It is also big enough to fit a few pairs of clothes or other things in it. It is also super comfortable. The only complaint that I would have is the clip on the front of my backpack broke very easily so if that was stronger it would be so much better.

I’ve now had the backpack for over 2 months and I love it. The quality is great and it doesn’t seem like I’ll be having any problems soon. My MacBook stays protected with the nice padding it has. The pockets on the sides can stretch so my yeti water bottle fits in there very well. Overall great product and I love the simple look.

Nice quality for the price and just enough space for daily items and personal belongings. Only 1 medium inner pocket with zipper near the top and the standard laptop/folder pocket in the inner rear. That's the only knock I have with it. Wasn't expecting too many pockets on the inside but more than what's provided. There's a kangaroo pouch-type pocket on the outside and mesh pouches on either side for bottles, umbrellas, etc. The shoulder straps do not slide once the backpack is worn while moving. That's a plus with me. Chest strap adjustment could be a little wider for people with bigger chests. I'm medium build. Could be tight when clipped in place for that demographic. Overall, one of the better backpacks I've purchased and worn for daily, normal use. Hopefully, it's durable from that type of usage.

We bought the is for our daughter who is a sophomore in high school. She stuffs it full, the straps have held up great. She can fit her laptop, books, and extra uniform apparel in it. We love North Face, this it is well made and true to the brand.

This backpack works great and looks real nice. The side pockets for a water bottle are a little bigger than other backpacks and fits larger bottles. Zippers and nice and strong and the pocket in the front is nice to have for quick access.

Feels good .. Quality daypack .. Its not on the big side so choose correctly.. Perfect for day trips…

I loved this bag for my Mexico trip. It has double exterior bottle holders. Two interior storage areas. One laptop or tablet storage section inside the main storage. The second smaller storage area had mesh storage for wallet and passport. Inside the smaller compartment there was also a small zipper storage for cash or valuables. On the outside the was another exterior storage area where I stored my wireless headphones in its case. Great product for light and fast trips
