For example, type VIII collagen has been found in various tumors and in cell lines extracted from carcinomas.

Can you mix this with warm water, or does it work better with cold?

You can mix it equally well with warm or cold liquids. I drink it in the morning first thing along with my "without food" supplements and my "with/or without food" supplements. I also take hyaluronic acid which works synergistically with the collagen, but I take it with food later on. Vitamin C also potentiates the action of both the collagen and the hyaluronic acid and I take 5-6,000 mg's of that with food. I also take a super calcium formula with Vit K2. The combination keeps my bones, ligaments and skin strong. If I stop, I get creaky and joint-achy.

Is this better than the pill form?

I believe it is better than a pill form that has fillers and coatings. But I would ask a professional.

can i mix this in a hot tea?

Yes. The optimal dose is aout 10 grams a day. It's a quick-dissolving powder and easily mixes in with water, juice, coffee, and tea. You can also add it to smoothies, soups, stews or other recipes. damaged inner seal

The container arrived with a damaged inner seal (visible pinholes) and product dust outside the seal. For safety reasons I did not consume it and returned/refunded it. Disappointing experience.

Best, cleanest collagen. I can tell that it works! It is flavorless. I hate going without it now that I see and feel the difference. I've used it for about a year now. It helps tremendously with my nails not breaking or cracking and my hair is stronger and growing. Even my joints seem better. I function better with this supplement. I think our bodies and organs may benefit from collagen internally as much as externally becuase it helps with my overall feeling of health. I like that it doubles as a protein supplement too. Its doubly important to get plenty of protein as we age. I'm only 40, but I fend off aging and those side effects as much as I can. I use about 20 to 40 grams a day. (2 scoops in my big coffee mug). That is 2-4 scoops if you have the scoop. The pink and white label jars still come with the scoop, but this pink label does not, it shows 1.5 tablespoons for a serving. It's worth it to get the 14 oz and larger sizes of the powder. Also, other brands may have meat industry's trace contaminants in them, this brand and other popular brands were third party tested by some crunchy health site a long time ago and NeoCell and one other brand had the purest results. It's probably still a searchable purity test that can be found online. I do wish this one came with a scoop, but I can just find and buy a super long handled tablespoon scoop and that will work fine. I definitely recommend this collagen.

I love it .. it mixes well but needs time to stir with cold water, it doesn't have a taste though it makes my drink thicker. As for results... I've been using this for two months and it has good results on my skin, its glowing, no more back pain nor mild pain in my joints and it makes my nails stronger and grows faster. As for my hair, it falls lessen. But keep in mind, you really need to drink a lot of water everyday, I drink 2 to 3 litters a day so this is a huge support with the product 👌🏼
