Amazing value for money!
I was really looking forward to trying this plant based source of natural testosterone. Upon first use, the tub is easy to open and the pills are just the right size and not too tricky to swallow. After the first 3 weeks of use, I've noticed increased energy and improvement in quality of my sleep. It's much easier for me to fall asleep and I stay asleep much longer. I will continue taking this supplement for another 2-3 weeks to see if I notice any further positive changes. It's certainly worth a punt, especially as compared with other ecdysterone products, this one provides excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Amazing at high doses
I recommend taking 3 in the morning 3 post workout with sufficient amounts of protein for your weight to see big changes to muscles and body composition, I buy two tubs at a time which will last just over a month! It can seem pricey but the results by the end of the first month are worth it

No effect whatsoever
I've been working out and logging each workout for years. Started on 3 tabs a day and upped to 6 a day. This had no effect on strength gains whatsoever. About to start another brand.

Did nothing for me
I gave this product a chance, made two purchases but this had no impact on me in either hypertrophy or strength.

Root extract not standardised
Website and listing claims to be standardised but label claims root only. Not knowing the concentration of ecdysterone for me makes this one to avoid.

The two bottles I ordered came with russian stickers on them covering the supplement facts. After peeling off the stickers I found the english supplement facts which states there is no standardized beta ecdysterone!!! Instead it only says that there is 250mg of root. This is a big deal!!! 80% standardized active ingredient is what I ordered. What I got was the root which is only 0.1% to 1% active ecdysterone. Complete rip off.

Please do not buy this. I bought this thinking they made it in the USA as stated in the description. However, this had Russian writings sticker all over. I tried a couple of capsules and this made me so sick. My heart rate was about 150 bpm within hours of taking this. PLEASE AVOID. NI INDICATION THIS IS MADE IN THE USA.
