Do i need an external power supply beside the usb?

I did not need an external power supply it was powered via the USB Port.

what is the download link to get windows 10 / windows 11 and linux drivers for this device? I went to the website and did not see any download area.

Will the device work on a Raspberry Pi 4?

I use this device on the RBP 3 and 4 and almost any device that has a USB port available. Most important is to have the right Drivers installed on the Raspbian version of the RBP-4 where will be used.

What is the url to download windows 10 drivers and linux / ubuntu drivers from?

I only used this on a Linux Debian Raspberry Pi unit. As I recall the drivers were in the OS, but that was 4-5 years ago
