Purchase to have an extra basket, one to be in the sink and one to be cleaned. They wash up great in the dishwasher.

nice drain basket but its to small for industrial sink drain. and did not fit my kitchen drain.

This does the job and was a good fit

I took a chance and bought 2 of these to replace the one sink strainer in my Ruvati SS Sink that I purchased through Amazon 5 years earlier. Since I live in a rural environment, I can't use a garbage disposal unit in conjunction with my septic tank. So these strainers trap all the food waste which then is emptied in the trash can. Somehow, one got thrown away by accident. The extra one is for the next time that happens. They fit perfectly in the strainer basket hole and duplicate the original perfectly. They are made with the same quality SS materials and and have the same lift handle as the original. The cost was less than half of what I would have had to pay Ruvati for a single replacement unit. I would definitely buy them again if I am stupid enough to throw them in the trash without paying attention.

This really bummed me out and pissed me off at the same time. Laughable for sure. I want to loves these honestly great quality, they are nice and thick look easy to clean. I wouldn't know because they an are a bit to small. Okay fine send them back or a bigger size. No they are not letting me send back. My mistake i get that but they are new and their original packaging with SKU numbers and all the details never had water on them and they want to solve my problem. My problem is they’re too small so please take them back. Nope no can-do. They look like they would not rust so no rust resistant and the catchability seems pretty good as well. I’ve used this in the past or this type of drain catcher, I may have accidentally threw it away and looking to replace. Think twice if you are in any way unsure.

This sink drain basket looks a bit odd, but I wash my hair in the kitchen sink and this traps the loose hair well. I got used to the look, compared to traditional drain baskets, so I appreciate its function.
