Yes, the Swift and Swift Max come with an adjustable head strap included. They can also be mounted to a helmet with the Nightfox Click dovetail adaptor (compatible with G24-style helmet mounts) or a GoPro compatible helmet mount.

How does digital night vision work?

The Swift emits infrared light (IR) using two LEDs, invisible to humans. A digital sensor picks up the IR. The image displays on a screen in the viewfinder. The Swift isn't damaged by sunlight, has a colour display in daytime, black & white at night.

What is the range of the Swift and Swift Max at night? Does it work with an infrared flashlight?

Both models use two 850nm infrared LEDs, and have a range of approximately 75 yards depending on conditions. This range can be boosted with a handheld IR flashlight (such as the Nightfox XB5) to around 170m.

What is the weight of the Swift and Swift Max?

Both Swift models have been designed with head mounting in mind, and we've made it as light as possible: just 360g. This weight includes the integrated lithium battery.

Can the Swifts be used whilst charging?

Yes, the Swifts can be used while in use with any USB power bank (the sort you would use to charge your cell phone). Just make sure the Swift is turned on before you plug in.
